Jodi Roman, PT, DPT

Jodi Roman received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rutgers University, and joined MedX in July 2015. Jodi’s varied clinical experience includes pediatrics, women’s health, acute care, and outpatient orthopedics. Jodi utilizes a holistic and patient-specific approach to her treatments, and enjoys problem-solving to address the root cause of a patient’s impairments. She also feels it is important to work with patients in a way that best suits their individual learning-style, interests, values and personality.

Jodi recently added pelvic floor physical therapy to her clinical toolbox, in order to treat urinary/bowel incontinence, pelvic pain, urinary urge, urinary frequency and pelvic organ prolapse. She sees the great need for this therapy across many populations, including young runners, anyone with a history of abdominal surgeries, pre- & post-partum females and the geriatric population. She realizes the importance of empowering these people with the tools to live life to its fullest again, without fear of pain or incontinence.

Jodi has volunteered her physical therapy services for wonderful causes, such as The Special Olympics of New Jersey, Physical Therapy Beyond Boundaries and Cambiando Vidas. Jodi grew up in New York & New Jersey, but has been a part of the Estes Park community since 2005. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, daughter and friends.
